Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relationships with customers and channel partners in NBFC/banking portfolios.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan/credit/finance products (retail, SME, vehicle, LAP, personal loans as applicable).
- Source, convert and onboard customers to meet monthly/quarterly targets for disbursements and revenue.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal and collections teams to ensure smooth processing, timely disbursal and quality documentation.
- Maintain daily/weekly MIS on leads, conversions, disbursal, and portfolio metrics and present reports to the manager.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance (regular, full‑time) from a recognised university.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Business preferred.
Skills and competencies
- Strong knowledge of loan products, credit processes and compliance in NBFC/banking environment.
- Proficient in DSC usage, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating DSC vendor interactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
