Job Summary:
The Junior General Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR processes while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Assist with payroll inputs and HR administration.
- Respond to employee HR-related queries.
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or 1–2 years of HR experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
