E-Commerce Operations
- Manage and oversee all e-commerce activities across the company's website and online marketplaces.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and order management.
- Monitor website performance and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate product information, descriptions, images, and promotional content.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Digital Marketing
- Coordinate SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing activities.
- Manage online advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Marketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and performance standards.
- Monitor product rankings, reviews, and customer feedback.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue.
- Generate regular reports and present insights to management.
- Use data-driven strategies to improve website performance and customer engagement.
Customer Experience
- Enhance user experience and customer journey across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Monitor customer reviews and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce management, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Experience managing online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
