Position: Telecaller – Credit Card Collections
Location: Shahdara, Delhi
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Credit Card Collections team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding outstanding dues, negotiating repayment, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound collection calls to customers.
- Follow up on overdue credit card payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely repayments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers for escalations when required.
