Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Engineer with a strong background in Instrumentation, Electrical & Power Testing Products. The candidate will be responsible for developing business, managing key customer relationships, and providing technical sales support across Vadodara and Saurashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of electrical, power and instrumentation testing products such as Multimeters, Power Quality Analyzers and other high-end testing equipment.
- Promote and support premium brands including Testo, Kyoritsu, Motwane, Megger, Yokogawa, Seba KMT and Taurus.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Power & Process industries.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Travel across Vadodara and Saurashtra for customer meetings and field visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering – Mandatory
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in technical sales of instrumentation, electrical or power testing products.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and power instrumentation tools and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred
- Existing customer network in the Power & Process industry.
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors or system integrators.
- Strong technical sales and business development exposure.
