Responsibilities
- Record and track all leads, enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations as per approved price list and sales team instructions.
- Convert approved quotations into sales orders after checking product codes, prices, quantities, taxes, discounts, freight, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, kitchen makers, and customers.
- Track order status from confirmation to dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, sales, and accounts teams.
- Share dispatch updates, invoice copies, LR details, and pending order status.
- Maintain daily pending quotation, pending order, dispatch, and payment follow-up reports.
- Update CRM/ERP with accurate lead, customer, quotation, order, and follow-up data.
- Support sales executives with call plans, customer data, product details, and reports.
- Track customer complaints and coordinate until closure.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, POs, sales orders, invoices, dispatch documents, payment commitments, and customer communication.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, order processing, or commercial operations.
- Experience in dealer/distributor-based business preferred.
- Industry experience in hardware, modular kitchen, furniture, building materials, sanitaryware, electricals, or similar B2B products preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- CRM/ERP experience preferred.
- Good follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The role requires someone who can maintain discipline in sales operations and ensure that no enquiry, quotation, order, dispatch, payment follow-up, or customer issue falls through the cracks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
