Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct product/service presentations and demos
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lead generation and client handling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of IT services/products (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
