Location: Pune International Airport, Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding (70%)
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Payroll inputs and statutory compliance support
- Maintaining employee records and HR MIS
- Assisting with performance management and training coordination
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of HR experience in the Hospitality industry (Hotels, Restaurants, QSR, Catering, or Airport Hospitality)
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS
