Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end franchise sales process – lead generation, pitch, negotiation, closure, and onboarding
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through digital, referrals, events, and partnerships
- Conduct discovery calls and present compelling business proposals to potential franchisees
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain detailed records of sales conversations, projections, and conversions using CRM tools
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
- Ensure smooth transition of new franchise partners into the onboarding team
- Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve

- Franchise Development and Sales expertise, including lead generation and closing partnerships.
- A natural relationship-builder with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong skills in Market Research, Business Development, and Negotiation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
