Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates based in Pune to join our team as Outbound Calling & Sales Interns. This role offers hands-on experience in communication, lead generation, and client interaction, making it ideal for candidates aiming to build a career in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
You will work closely with our sales team to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company products/services
- Generate and qualify leads through conversations and follow-ups
- Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, demos, and client interactions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM systems
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships
- Support in achieving weekly/monthly targets
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calling and lead activities
- Collaborate with the team to execute sales campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people over calls
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience/internship in sales, telecalling, or customer support
- Basic understanding of lead generation or sales process
- Confidence in handling objections and conversations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
