Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create reels, stories, carousels, and promotional content.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing online and offline campaigns.
- Brainstorm and implement creative ideas to enhance the company's productivity, brand visibility, and digital presence.
- Create company profiles, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding and business development activities.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and social media best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Canva (Mandatory).
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital branding.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
Eligibility
- Graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of internship or relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- A portfolio showcasing Canva designs, presentations, or social media work will be an added advantage.

Job Details

- Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
