Main roles and responsibilities:
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshooting technical issues, resolving product or service problems, and finding solutions to customer issues.
- Answering Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer questions, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
- Customer Communication: Maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication with customers, building rapport, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Order Processing and Management: Processing orders, managing returns, and handling customer accounts.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Product Knowledge: Staying informed about company products and services, and providing accurate information to customers.
- Escalation: Knowing when and how to escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback and reporting it to relevant teams for improvement.
Pay: ₹10,530.86 - ₹33,000.00 per month
