Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager to oversee business operations, sales performance, and departmental coordination in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Bahrain or those with prior Middle East experience and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall business operations and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Coordinate and supervise Sales, Operations, Inventory, Purchase, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Administration functions.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure KPI achievement across departments.
- Support business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Inventory teams to ensure product availability and demand planning.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Lead and motivate teams while fostering a performance-driven work culture.
- Prepare operational reports and business performance updates for management.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all departments.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Electronics Distribution, Wholesale Trading, Retail Trading, FMCG, or similar industries.
- Experience in managing teams, business operations, and sales functions.
- Middle East/GCC experience preferred.
- Experience in multi-branch operations will be an advantage.
