Clinical Trainer : Theraphist
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm enthusiast who are eager to build a career in clinical training and medical aesthetics. (Freshers)
- Flare to work with Aesthetic Medical Devices, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Laser Systems or Capital Equipment sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Must possess a positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-centric approach.
- Candidates with exposure to dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, or medical devices will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training sessions for doctors, clinic staff, and internal sales teams.
· Assist physicians during clinical procedures and provide application support for aesthetic devices and consumables.
· Train doctors /clients on treatment protocols, device handling, safety guidelines, and best clinical practices.
· Support new product launches through educational presentations and hands-on workshops.
· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-installation training.
· Stay updated with the latest developments in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and company products.
· Maintain training records and submit timely reports.
· Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals by delivering excellent clinical support.
