Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Student Counsellor with 1–2 years of experience to engage with prospective students and job seekers. The primary responsibility is to contact candidates, explain the company's paid skill development programs, address their queries, and schedule walk-in appointments for further counseling and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and candidates.
- Explain the features, benefits, eligibility, duration, and fee structure of the company's skill development programs.
- Clearly communicate that the programs are paid training and career development programs.
- Counsel candidates regarding suitable training programs based on their interests and career goals.
- Schedule and coordinate walk-in visits for interested candidates.
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate interactions in the CRM/database.
- Achieve assigned counseling, walk-in, and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, telecalling, academic counseling, admissions, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and guide candidates effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
