Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and administrative employees.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels across departments.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
- Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Oversee payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Support department heads in employee performance evaluation.
- Identify training and development needs.
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle audits related to HR documentation and compliance.
- Monitor adherence to workplace safety and ethical standards.
Training & Development
- Organize training sessions for hospital staff.
- Coordinate mandatory healthcare compliance training.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
Administration Support
- Coordinate with hospital administration for manpower planning.
- Assist in budgeting related to HR activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
Pay: ₹15,500.29 - ₹30,000.00 per month
