Job Summary
BAW Brands Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ad Ops Sales Coordinator to support our sales and advertising operations. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinate advertising campaigns, manage reporting, and ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the sales team.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Campaign Coordination
- Schedule, monitor, and track advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Follow up on campaign performance and execution.
Sales Reporting
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and campaign performance reports.
- Track revenue, client accounts, and key performance metrics.
- Provide insights to support business decisions.
Administrative Support
- Manage contracts, invoices, and client documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support daily operational and sales activities.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Creative teams.
- Ensure campaign objectives align with client expectations.
- Facilitate smooth communication across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Experience in advertising, media operations, sales coordination, or client servicing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
