About the Role
We are hiring both:
- Business Development Interns (Students, Freshers, Recent Graduates)
- Business Development Executives/Managers (Experienced Candidates)
The role involves generating leads, building partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping expand Daandi Kaanthi's presence in the travel industry.
Candidates who demonstrate strong performance will have opportunities for long-term growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach travel agencies, hotels, homestays, tour operators, activity providers, and corporate clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers.
- Present Daandi Kaanthi's travel offerings and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop attractive travel packages and campaigns.
- Track leads, partnerships, and sales activities using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.
QualificationsFor Interns
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Commerce, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to learn sales, partnerships, and business development.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
For Experienced Candidates
- 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Travel, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
