- Experience in middle-office functions, including practical knowledge of the trade lifecycle.
- Knowledge of SDLC and SQL, along with basic Python skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and structured problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, including effective client-facing and stakeholder interaction.
- Additionally, a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility are essential.
