Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources within the BFSI organizations.
- Mandatory experience in the BFSI sector.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
- Proven experience in handling leadership hiring and strategic workforce planning.
- Experience in building and managing HR teams will be preferred.
Salary Range: 70k to 1L
Roles:
- Develop and establish a strong Recruitment and HR Operations team from the ground up.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Build, manage, and coordinate with different HR teams to ensure smooth business operations and effective people management.
- Design, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and organizational work culture.
- Create and maintain a healthy, productive, and employee-focused work environment.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates from the BFSI industry.
- Develop training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management processes.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of HRMS software and recruitment portals.
- Monitor HR compliance, documentation, and process adherence across the organization.
- Support organizational growth by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, market mapping, and industry connections.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certifications in HR Management, Talent Acquisition, or Labour Laws will be an advantage.
