Job Description:
1. It is an Outbound Collections process
2. Responsible for Making outbound calls on daily basis to the existing customers of HDFC
3. Responsible for discussing on any pending payments of the customer
4. Responsible for following up regarding the payments to be made by the customer.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should be a Graduate or above (Undergraduates are not eligible)
2. Freshers can apply.
3. Experience in tele calling / customer support / BPO/collections is an added advantage.
4. Good Communication Skills in English and Tamilgarding the payments to be made by the customer.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,473.95 per month
