About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor with a medical/healthcare background to guide students in choosing the right medical education pathways and support them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students to understand academic background, interests, and career goals
- Provide clear information on courses, eligibility, and timelines
- Handle student enquiries via calls and other communication channels
- Review and verify student documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the process
- Share relevant course options promptly after counseling sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student data
Eligibility Criteria
- BDS or relevant medical/healthcare background
- Good understanding of medical education pathways
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with students and parents
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
