Book Your Safar (BYS) is a leading travel company specializing in Char Dham Yatra and Domestic Tour Packages across India. We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Consultant who can convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Sales Consultant to manage inbound travel leads and generate bookings for Char Dham Yatra and Domestic Tour Packages. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Freshers are strictly not eligible for this position. Only candidates with relevant travel sales experience should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Sell Char Dham Yatra and Domestic Tour Packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and customized tour plans.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships before and after booking.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth travel arrangements.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales (Mandatory).
- Experience selling Char Dham Yatra or Domestic Tour Packages is highly preferred.
- Freshers need not apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email & WhatsApp).
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of Char Dham destinations, Uttarakhand tourism, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing.
- Experience handling B2C travel sales.
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
