About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-centered designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals.
- Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and user experience across products.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field).
- 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, UI designs, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience with prototyping and interaction design.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or AI-based products.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability guidelines.
- Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and animation principles is a plus.
