Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) who can provide high-level administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, data analysis, and coordination skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and MIS using advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Conduct market research, business analysis, and competitor analysis as required.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and management reports.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and correspondence.
- Track key business metrics and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Support the MD in special projects, operational planning, and business initiatives.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/ MBA/ Bachelor's/ Master's in Mass Media & Communication
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Dashboards, Power Query, Charts, Advanced Formulas)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (Professional Business Presentations)
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Basic Knowledge of Data Science Concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Fresh MBA/B.Tech graduates with exceptional analytical and presentation skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
