Role: Business Development Executive
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience, preferably from the recruitment/staffing or HR services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, Business Heads and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations and commercial discussions.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client acquisition.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery against client requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM/MIS regularly.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting or Talent Solutions will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn and CRM tools.
Qualification
Graduate/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or a related field preferred.
