About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Finance & Reconciliation Executive with 3–5 years of experience in finance reconciliation, e-commerce accounting, or marketplace finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketplace settlements, payment reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of e-commerce platforms
- Match orders, payments, returns, refunds, and settlements with bank statements and marketplace reports
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and marketplaces for resolution
- Track and verify commissions, fees, deductions, and settlement reports
- Maintain accurate records of all e-commerce financial transactions
- Prepare reconciliation statements, MIS reports, and financial summaries for management
- Ensure timely closure of books related to e-commerce accounts
- Assist during audits by providing required financial data and supporting documents
- Work closely with accounts, sales, operations, and e-commerce teams
- Monitor pending settlements and follow up for closure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce finance, reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Good understanding of settlement reports, GST basics, and payment reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
