Job Summary
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, supporting admissions, maintaining records, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment within the institution.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management
- Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
Student & Parent Support
- Provide information regarding courses, admissions, fees, schedules, and institutional policies.
- Handle student and parent queries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain visitor and inquiry records.
Admissions Support
- Assist with admission inquiries and application processing.
- Coordinate admission appointments and counseling sessions.
- Collect and verify admission documents.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain student records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, letters, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage courier, mail, and office documentation.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with academic, sales, and administration teams.
- Support seminars, workshops, orientations, and educational events.
- Ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Administration.
- Experience in an educational institution is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
