Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to
fulfill hiring needs within defined timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment
agencies, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and
maintain candidate communication.
Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation, and ensure a seamless
onboarding experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring
requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and recruitment MIS reports.
Manage employee onboarding documentation and induction processes.
Administer and maintain employee records in the HRMS.
Monitor daily attendance, regularize attendance discrepancies, and maintain
attendance records.
Process and manage employee leave applications through the HRMS.
Coordinate with the payroll team by providing accurate attendance and leave
data.
Update employee records, probation confirmations, and other HR
documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of
employee information.Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, attendance, and leave management systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under deadlines.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or
a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage
.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or technology
companies will be preferred.
Familiarity with ATS and HRMS platforms is highly desirable.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
