We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executives to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, onboarding hotel partners, managing client relationships, and supporting day-to-day operational activities for our partner hotels.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in sales, business development, hospitality technology, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and connect with prospective hotel partners.
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Present Xipper's products and solutions to hotel owners and decision-makers.
- Convert leads into active customers.
Client Onboarding
- Assist hotels with platform onboarding and setup.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Train hotel staff on using the platform effectively.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Operations Support
- Assist partner hotels with day-to-day platform operations.
- Resolve basic operational and service-related queries.
- Monitor account performance and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BBM, BMS, or related business disciplines.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer success, or business development may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to communicate in at least one regional language is highly preferred:

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone and video calls.
- Computer proficiency (Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM tools).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
