About the Role:
We're looking for a Leadership role candidate focused with AI solutions who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving technical excellence, and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more developer teams across website development, platform initiatives, and client delivery engagements.
- Own technical execution, architecture alignment, delivery planning, code quality, and release readiness.
- Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, technical planning, code reviews, and complex implementation discussions.
- Guide teams in building scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
- Drive the adoption of AI-native website development practices, including AI coding assistants and coding agents such as Claude Code and similar tools.
- Partner closely with Developers, Designers & QA to translate business goals into successful outcomes.
- Mentor and develop the technical team through coaching, performance management, career development, and leadership enablement.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading Development teams as a Lead, Senior level AI Expertise job role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in website development, architecture, debugging, code quality, and delivery execution.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Client-facing delivery and stakeholder management experience required.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
