Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails, addressing queries related to shipments, documentation, and delivery timelines.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and internal operations teams to track and update shipment status.
- Verify and process bills of lading, airway bills, invoices, and other required documents for UK imports/exports.
- Manage escalations, resolve delays, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all shipments comply with UK customs regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on shipment status, customer queries, and resolution metrics.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Understanding of sea and air freight processes, incoterms, and documentation.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office and freight management systems.
- Work closely with operations, sales, and compliance teams.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience (1–3 years) in freight forwarding or customer service preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
