Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in solar inverters (on-grid / off-grid / hybrid systems)
- Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of solar inverter systems
- Handle breakdown calls and on-site repairs in a timely manner
- Monitor system performance and identify faults
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for warranty claims and technical support
- Assist in net metering and commissioning processes when required
- Maintain service reports, documentation, and logs
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of Electrical/solar inverter systems
- Understanding of electrical wiring, AC/DC systems, and safety protocols
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot faults
- Hands-on experience with tools, testing equipment, and installation practices
