We are a Kolkata-based private analytics and investment company seeking an experienced and disciplined derivatives trader to manage and execute Nifty and Equities options trading strategies and short term Equity Trades.
The role is suited for candidates with a strong background in options selling, risk management, and consistent capital management across varying market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage Nifty/Bank Nifty/ Equities options trading strategies
- Monitor positions, volatility, and market risk exposure
- Implement disciplined risk management and hedging practices
- Analyze market trends and identify trading opportunities
- Maintain performance records and trading reports
- Work closely with management on strategy development and capital allocation
Candidate Profile
- 5 + years of experience in derivatives trading
- Strong understanding of options selling and risk management
- Experience handling live trading capital
- Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of disciplined risk management and controlled drawdowns
- Finance degree preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making ability
Compensation
- 3.5 to 5LPA + Performance-Based Incentives.
- Compensation will be aligned with experience and performance
