About the TeamThe Insurance business team at Navi plays a critical role in the fulfilling obligations of Navi General
insurance. The team manages the end-to-end policy issuance process of insurance proposals with a
strong focus on automation and seamless policy issuance experience for customers and partners.
The Insurance Business Team at Navi acts as a strategic engine, driving the end-to-end automation
of policy issuance to ensure a seamless, digital-first experience. By merging innovation with data
analytics, the team eliminates traditional friction points and scales Navi’s insurance offerings through
tech-driven customer journeys. Their focus on cross-functional collaboration and operational
efficiency allows them to deliver instant, reliable protection while strengthening Navi’s presence in
the digital insurance market.
The Insurance Business team is responsible for creation and execution of Navi's
insurance business strategy. It works closely with underwriting, claims, actuarial,
product, engineering and compliance teams to drive business growth, great customer
experience and profitability.
About the RoleAs an Associate Manager II - Insurance business, you will monitor insurance
proposals and issuance of insurance policy end-to-end. You will be expected to maintain adherence to
the regulatory requirements for insurance obligations for social, rural and motor business and
automation of processes.
As an Associate Manager / Associate Manager II – Insurance Business, you will be responsible for
driving the scale-up of Navi’s digital insurance business. This includes owning key projects, working
across teams to build and optimize digital journeys, leveraging customer insights, and ensuring
smooth execution of business strategies. You will act as a central project owner, collaborating with
stakeholders across product, tech, operations, and marketing to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Must Haves Experience: Minimum 1 year of general management
- Technical Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, Management and stakeholder handling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong project reporting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset
- Strong acumen for process automation and Usage of AI in day to day operations.
- Communication Excellence: Good command of written and spoken English and Hindi.
Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and logical thinking skills to handle tasks independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing and digital-first work environment.

- Coordinate with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery against goals
4. Data & Insights Driven Decision Making Analyze business metrics and performance data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Use data to influence decision-making and prioritize initiatives
5. Stakeholder Management Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams
- Drive alignment and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects
6. Innovation & Ownership Independently ideate and launch new initiatives
- Bring a problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
