What You'll Do
- Develop and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications
- Configure and troubleshoot Industrial Drives & Motion Systems
- Integrate PLCs with industrial communication protocols and field devices
- Perform FAT, SAT, commissioning, and on-site support
- Diagnose automation issues and optimize machine performance
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams
Required Skills
✔ Siemens TIA Portal ✔ Siemens PLC Programming (S7-1200/1500) ✔ WinCC (Unified / Professional) HMI & SCADA ✔ VFD & Servo Drive Configuration ✔ Industrial Communication (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA) ✔ Control Panel Testing & Commissioning
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 Years in Industrial Automation
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Automation Platforms
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and control systems
- Experience in manufacturing or process automation projects
