The incumbent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources of a company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Person will be responsible for recruitment, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits & organizational development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Onboarding: Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Employee Grievances Management
Requirements
- Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in Recruitment
- Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Zoho Recruit) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work in a startup with a result driven approach
