We specialize in phonics, early literacy, and fun-filled learning methods that build strong academic foundations. Key Responsibilities Teach phonics classes to children aged 3 to 8 years. Conduct engaging, activity-based sessions using songs, stories, games, and worksheets. Follow the institute’s structured phonics curriculum and lesson plans. Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents. Maintain a positive, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment. Prepare teaching materials and participate in training sessions when required. Requirements Graduate in any field (B.Ed. or ECCEd preferred). Good spoken English and clear pronunciation. Passion for teaching young children. Energetic, patient, and creative personality. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided). Working Hours Flexible shifts available (morning/afternoon batches). 5–6 working days per week. Salary Based on experience and skills. Performance-based incentives may be offered.
