We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Paid Ads & Content Creator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media content creation, and short-form video content. You will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and grow our clients’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
* Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
* Create engaging *Reels, videos, posts, and social media content*
* Develop ad creatives, captions, headlines, and marketing copy
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
* Research trends, competitors, and target audiences
* Work with the team to develop effective marketing strategies
* Track leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance
Requirements
* Experience with *Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads*
* Knowledge of lead generation and campaign optimization
* Basic skills in *video editing and content creation*
* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
* Creative thinking with a performance-focused mindset
* Good communication and time-management skills
* Previous digital marketing experience is preferred
