Position: TPA Incharge
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all TPA and insurance-related processes efficiently
- Coordinate with insurance companies for cashless approvals and claims
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of claim documents
- Verify patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Resolve queries related to insurance and TPA services
- Monitor pending cases and maintain MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless patient support
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in hospital TPA operations preferred
- Good knowledge of cashless claim procedures and insurance documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and record management
