Position: Accounts, Finance and Admin Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Executive to support finance, administration, vendor management, and office operations for our growing Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen along with the ability to manage day-to-day administrative activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance Support
· Handle invoicing, GST coordination, bookkeeping support, and accounting activities
· Support Accounts Receivable (AR) collections and payment follow-ups
· Assist in audit preparation, annual returns, and financial documentation
· Track admin and operational expenses against budgets
· Validate invoices, coordinate approvals, and support reconciliation activities
· Maintain proper records of financial transactions and vendor payments
· Monthly Reporting and Analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet
· Hands on experience in Zoho Books, Expenses and Payroll
Administration & Office Operations
· Manage day-to-day office administration activities
· Coordinate housekeeping, office maintenance, security, seating arrangements, and pantry management
· Handle travel coordination, insurance, banking support, and PC rental management
· Ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities and employee support services
· Maintain office assets, records, and administrative documentation
Vendor Management & Procurement
· Source, onboard, and manage vendors for facilities, office supplies, travel, and related services
· Obtain competitive quotations (RFQs) and negotiate cost-effective agreements
· Manage vendor contracts, AMCs, and service quality
· Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery
Reporting & Process Management
· Prepare monthly MIS reports related to admin expenses, vendor performance, and cost savings
· Support process improvements and operational standardization
· Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
· Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
· Finance or accounting specialization preferred
Experience
· 3–7 years of experience in accounts, finance, administration, procurement, or office operations
· Prior experience handling vendor coordination and finance-related activities preferred
Skills Required
· Good understanding of accounting fundamentals and GST processes
· Strong Excel and reporting skills
· Knowledge of PO/GRN workflows and invoice reconciliation
· Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
· Excellent communication skills in English; Kannada/Hindi knowledge preferred
· Strong ownership, ethics, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
