Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
- Develop custom connectors and integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Azure services, SharePoint, SQL Server, SAP, REST APIs, and other enterprise applications.
- Customize and extend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Power Fx, and plugins where required.
- Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft Power Platform best practices and governance standards.

- Experience with Power Fx formulas and expressions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party systems.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, C#, and .NET.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with ALM, Solution Management, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Understanding of security, authentication (OAuth, Azure AD), and role-based access control.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE integration.
- Knowledge of Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
- Experience developing AI-powered solutions using AI Builder or Azure OpenAI.
- Familiarity with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
