Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with fabricators.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales (preferably in building materials, hardware, or construction sector).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any field.
