- Prior experience of working in an English Medium school. - CBSE curriculum.
- Should be an Post Graduate in Political Science from a renowned university in regular mode (B.Ed compulsory)
- Effective curriculum transaction in class and positive outlook towards the emotional quotient of children.
- Deep Understanding of child psychology and development is essential.
- Creativity and updating of pedagogical approach will be in constant demand.
- Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English with interest and ability in co-curricular activities.
- Drawing up suitable assessments and delivering helpful feedback to students, parents, and other teachers.
- Establishing classroom, lab, and field trip rules and regulations and ensuring that all students understand what is expected of them.
- Providing remedial classes to student or group of students.
- Arranging classroom activities like quiz, puzzles, seminars, etc.,.
- Setting up demonstrations and assisting and supervising students while they conduct experiments
- Providing extra resources, support, and interventions for students who are struggling.
- Grading papers, updating records, and handling various administrative tasks.
- Creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns.
- Working knowledge of Computer
