Divine Café is looking for experienced and passionate chefs to join our growing culinary team. We are hiring professionals with expertise in South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. Candidates should have strong cooking skills, knowledge of food safety standards, and the ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Develop and improve menu items when required.
- Monitor food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff (for Head Chef position).
Requirements
- Proven experience in the relevant chef role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
- Culinary certification is an added advantage.
