Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Summary:
Santosh Starch Products Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of PF and ESIC compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
- Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain HR MIS.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll coordination, and HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
