Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall health and uptime of the EV fleet across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with OEMs for warranty claims, technical support, and service-related issues.
- Arrange and manage EV spare parts and critical components to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Handle insurance claims, accident repairs, and claim documentation from start to closure.
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with service partners for quick resolution.
- Track battery performance, vehicle health, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely servicing and compliance with company maintenance standards.
- Maintain records of repairs, warranties, insurance, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with operations teams to maximize fleet availability.
- Visit fleet locations regularly to audit vehicle condition and maintenance quality.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Electric Vehicle technology and components.
- Knowledge of EV batteries, controllers, motors, chargers, and electrical systems.
- Experience in OEM warranty management and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes for commercial vehicles.
- Ability to manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
