Role Overview
We are looking for Process Advisory professionals who can manage end-to-end client engagements focused on process transformation, SOP development, operational improvement, and business advisory.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in process consulting, process gap assessment, SOP creation, implementation support, and client management. This is not a pure Internal Audit role; candidates should have hands-on exposure in advisory, process improvement, and transformation projects.
Experience Required
- Junior Consultant: 3–5 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements independently from planning to execution.
- Conduct process assessments and identify operational gaps.
- Design, document, and implement SOPs and process frameworks.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Support clients in implementing process enhancements.
- Develop process maps, control frameworks, and improvement roadmaps.
- Identify risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive business transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in Process Advisory / Business Consulting.
- Hands-on experience in SOP design, documentation, and implementation.
- Process improvement and transformation mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects independently.

- Big 4 / Big 10 Consulting Firms (BDO, GT, Protiviti, Accenture, Alvarez & Marsal, etc.)
- Strategy / PMO Consulting teams
- Internal Audit Advisory / Risk Advisory
- Operations Excellence / Business Transformation teams
Qualification Preference
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields
