Social Impact Executive – Fundraising | CSR | Corporate Communication | Events
Paranubhuti Foundation is looking for passionate, dynamic, and result-oriented Social Impact Executives who aspire to create meaningful change in society. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful humanitarian projects while building valuable experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, corporate communication, community outreach, and organizational development. As a Social Impact Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising campaigns, engaging with corporate organizations for CSR collaborations, coordinating awareness initiatives, and representing the Foundation at corporate meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and community programs. The role also involves field visits, donor relationship management, campaign coordination, proposal preparation, stakeholder communication, and supporting various social development projects. You will work closely with volunteers, institutions, and corporate partners to expand the Foundation's reach and strengthen its impact.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with corporate professionals, donors, and community leaders. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel for meetings, field activities, and events whenever required. Prior experience in fundraising, CSR, sales, marketing, public relations, business development, or the nonprofit sector will be an advantage; however, enthusiastic freshers with strong leadership potential and a genuine passion for social service are encouraged to apply.
