Al Salama School of Safety Studies is seeking a proactive, results-oriented Placement Officer to support student placements and build strong relationships with employers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating placement activities, identifying job opportunities, and assisting students in securing suitable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Identify and source job vacancies relevant to students and graduates.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Assist students with resume preparation, interview skills, and career guidance.
- Match candidate profiles with employer requirements and facilitate recruitment processes.
- Track placement records and maintain accurate databases of students and employers.
- Follow up with employers regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining formalities.
- Collaborate with training and academic departments to improve student employability.
- Prepare placement reports and submit updates to management.
- Ensure placement targets and employer engagement goals are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/database management.
- Experience in recruitment, placement, sales, or career services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
